Will my account be activated automatically after sign-up?
Yes. The moment you confirm your email, your account enters the 7-day free trial with full features unlocked across all platforms. No manual approval, no card required, no waiting list.
How do the storage plans compare across different billing periods?
Storage size is the same on every plan tier — you always get the GB you sign up for. Choosing a longer billing period (every 3 or 6 months) discounts the per-month price by up to 20%. You can downgrade or upgrade between tiers at any point in your billing cycle.
Are unused license activations refundable?
License fees are charged at the moment of issuance, not at activation. If a license is never activated by a student, you can revoke it within 30 days for a full credit to your account balance. After 30 days, issuance fees are non-refundable.
How many devices can each license activate?
The default device limit is two per license — typically a laptop and a phone. You can configure this from one to ten per course in your Protection Policy. Students can self-reset one device per 30-day cooldown without contacting support.
What's the refund policy on subscription fees?
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription. After that, you can cancel any time — the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Where is my data stored, and who can access it?
All course assets and personal data are stored in named EU regions (Frankfurt and Paris by default). You receive a signed Data Processing Agreement and a published sub-processor list with every paid plan. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA without an Article 46 mechanism and a Schrems II assessment.
